Ticket and Refund Policy

Regular Admission

Regular admission tickets are nonrefundable. However, you may reschedule your visit to another available date using the self-serve option in your ticket confirmation.

Regular admission tickets may also be given to someone else. To transfer a ticket, simply forward or share the ticket confirmation email, including the QR code, with the person attending. The original purchaser’s name will remain on the ticket; no name change is necessary.

If you have trouble rescheduling your ticket, please contact us at info@wonderstump.art.

Special Events

Tickets to special events are nonrefundable. However, tickets may be given to someone else. Simply forward or share the ticket confirmation email, including the QR code, with the person attending. The original purchaser’s name will remain on the ticket; no name change is necessary.

At checkout, you may have the option to purchase Refund Protection through our third-party partner. Refund Protection is offered and administered by that partner, not by WonderStump, and is subject to the partner’s terms and conditions.

Refund Protection

If you purchase Refund Protection, your ticket cost may be refunded for certain qualifying circumstances, including:

  • Illness or Injury: You or another ticket holder becomes ill or injured, or a close relative becomes ill or injured and requires you to provide care. Coverage may also apply in the event of the death of a close relative.

  • Transportation Delay or Cancellation: A public transportation service is cancelled or delayed, causing you to miss the entire event, and no alternative service is available at a similar cost.

  • Travel Warning: Public authorities issue a travel warning for the day of the event or the day before. Covered warnings may include, but are not limited to, extreme weather and terrorism.

  • Court or Military Duty: You are called for military service, jury service, or to serve as a witness in court.

Refund Protection does not cover every reason for cancellation. For example, you are not covered simply because you no longer wish to attend an event or have changed your mind.

Refund Protection claims are reviewed and administered by the third-party provider according to its terms. WonderStump does not determine eligibility or process Refund Protection claims.

For complete details about coverage, exclusions, eligibility, and how to file a claim, please refer to the full Refund Protection terms provided by the third-party provider xcover.com

Physical Goods & Handmade Items

All physical goods sold by WonderStump are final sale and nonrefundable. Because our products are handmade, each piece may have slight variations and individual characteristics that are part of its nature as a handmade item.

If a WonderStump-made item breaks or fails within 30 days of purchase due to a manufacturing defect, please contact us at info@wonderstump.art. We will replace the item when possible. If a replacement is not possible, we will issue a refund for the item.

This policy applies to manufacturing defects and does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, or improper care.

Items made by independent artists and sold through our gallery gift shop are also final sale. Any issues with these items must be addressed directly with the artist who made the piece. WonderStump is not responsible for refunds, repairs, replacements, or warranties for work made by other artists.

Thank you for supporting local! Every purchase helps this independent venue thrive and directly supports a creative ecosystem where working artists can make, share, and sustain their work. Your support truly makes this possible.
